Hello.  My name is John Lewis, owner of JD Lewis Wildlife Prints.  Once a dedicated wildlife artist and graphic designer, I have long since set aside my paint brush to pursue other career ventures.  My decision to leave the art world was largely influenced by a blinding eye disease called “retinitis pigmentosa”, or (RP).  Today, I have lost roughly 95% of my vision, therefore, I am no longer producing new artwork.  However, during the 1980’s, I was blessed with enough central vision and self-discipline  to enable me to produce a number of original detailed wildlife drawings and paintings.  At this time, I am offering a superior quality Giclees reproduction of my wildlife art and  I am confident that you will love your print and enjoy for many years to come!
