John Lewis with his original wildlife Giclees prints during a
"Meet The Artist" reception within Wildwood's Olewine Nature
Center, April 27, 2008.

On April 27, 2008, JD Lewis was one of two featured guests in a “Meet The Artist” reception at Olewine Nature Center Wildwood Lake Sanctuary.  Also, featured in a “Meet The Author” reception in the same event, was journalist, Mark Stevens, promoting his new children’s book.  The “Meet The Artist/Author Reception” was part of the “Walk For Wildwood”, Walk-Athon and “Ribbon Cutting Ceremony” for the new artist exhibit hall within the nature center.

FUTURE  VISIONS

JD Lewis Wildlife Print offerings will gradually expand by quantities of 1 to 3 increments, within the foreseeable future.  Although the wildlife collection is relatively limited, it is my belief that the degree of salability may influence the introduction of other JD Lewis Art Subjects And Themes, i.e., “A Skeleton At The Wheel Of An Old Sailing Ship”, “A Ghost Town Structure Out Of The Old West” 

In addition, the JD Lewis artwork archives may be extensive enough to incorporate unique artistic imagery on popular items.  My collection includes pen and ink, small, individual paintings of wildlife that may be suitable for this purpose.  A JD Lewis product line may include, but certainly not limited to, mugs, puzzles, greeting/note cards, stationary, t-shirts and decorative containers.
